We are experiencing unprecedented times due to the COVID-19
pandemic (coronavirus). First and
foremost, we send well wishes to all those who have been affected. During this time, the health and safety of
others, particularly our customers, partners, and employees is our main
concern. Our agency is based out of
Cleveland, Ohio, where Governor Mike DeWine has declared a state of emergency
The core of our business model is focused on innovative technology that is designed specifically for virtual interactions. This philosophy has allowed us the opportunity to accommodate the current situation and operate normally to date.
Here is how we are addressing the coronavirus pandemic:
- We are relying upon already established business continuity plans to continue providing outstanding service and insurance solutions. Plans have long been in place to ensure we are always accessible to our customers.
- Our operations model is focused on providing service remotely. We field calls and email inquiries from across the country daily and following standard operating procedures allows us to conduct business as usual.
- We can keep up with normal volume because our business is technology-based. We still have access to online portals, tools, and other resources to keep working hard for our customers.
- We have assembled an executive team who is closely monitoring the changing landscape and proactively creating solutions to address new concerns.
We will continue to be there when you need us. We appreciate your partnership as we work towards fulfilling our mission while following recommendations to help ensure the health and safety of others.
Thank you for your valued business.
